Tom Kha Kai, I love it! Well, with the right recipe that is. About a year ago I made Tom Kha Kai with a different recipe because around that time my recipe was still lost somewhere. Didn’t like it and didn’t finish eating the soup! Normally, love Tom Kha Kai so much. Somehow I got lucky and found my recipe again. Today I made it once more however this time I tweaked my recipe. The main reason was I wanted to reduce the amount of salt without changing the flavor too much. So I reduced the amount of stock cubes and fish sauce. I reduced salt by 37%! Very pleased with that and still loved it as much as before.
